Aster O’Leary is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Aster was a summer associate at the firm. She also interned at the Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice and Advocates for Children of New York, where she worked on direct services matters and education policy initiatives.
Aster earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as an executive editor of the Moot Court Board. She received her B.A. cum laude in history from Rice University, where she also completed Rice’s teacher certification program.
Before law school, Aster taught seventh grade history in Brooklyn as a Teach for America corps member.
