Audra is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

Audra’s practice includes patent and trade secret litigation, with a focus on counseling life sciences companies in high stakes litigation.  Audra has worked extensively with companies in the pharmaceutical, genetic analysis, and medical device industries. She has worked on cases that involve a wide range of technologies, including DNA sequencing, controlled release formulations of drug products, microdroplet encapsulation, electrical circuits used in surgical devices, GPS tracking, and computational analysis used in detection of rare genetic conditions.  She has worked on jury trials in several patent cases including in the Northern District of California, the District of Delaware, and the District of Massachusetts.Before joining Morrison Foerster, Audra served as an attorney for the Bureau of Consumer Protection of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).  Prior to joining the FTC, Audra worked as an intellectual property litigation associate at another global law firm.

Audra received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law where she was a member of Law Review and was awarded the William L. & Lillian Berger Achievement Prize for Outstanding Academic and Scholarly Work. She received her B.A. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
