Benjamin Rosenzweig is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group.

Mr. Rosenzweig’s practice is primarily focused on representing banks and other financial institutions in single- and multi-lender transactions with regional, national, and international companies engaged in the areas of technology and life science, and private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies.

Mr. Rosenzweig represents clients in all aspects of secured lending, including venture debt, asset-based financing, second lien financing, mezzanine financing, acquisition finance, international financing transactions.
