Beth Knuppel is an intellectual property litigation associate with a focus on patent and trade secret disputes. She has litigated matters before federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Her experience extends to a wide range of technologies, including AI dash cams, farming equipment, and chemical manufacturing processes. Beth has played an integral role in drafting substantive motions and responses, managing fact and expert discovery, and preparing for trial.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Beth served as a law clerk for Judge Alan D Albright in the Western District of Texas.

Beth earned her J.D. with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law. In law school, she was notes editor of the Texas Law Review, chancellor-at-large of the UT Law Chancellors Society, and a recipient of Dean’s Achievement Awards in Patent Law and Federal Courts. She graduated with a B.S. cum laude in chemical engineering from the University of Houston.
