Brandon Dennis is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. He has also advised clients on transaction structuring, due diligence, closing matters, and post-closing integration and operational issues.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Brandon was an associate at another leading law firm, where he represented private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and strategic buyers and sellers in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Brandon earned his J.D from the George Washington University Law School and his B.A. from Cornell University.
