Briana Johnson is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Finance Group. 

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Bree served as a corporate associate at a major law firm in New York, where she represented private equity sponsors and private borrowers in acquisition financings, first and second lien secured and unsecured loans, term, revolver, and asset-based loan facilities, loan commitments, refinancings, and other general corporate financings. Bree has additional experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Bree received her J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was an institute editor for North Carolina Banking Institute Journal, Volume 26. Bree received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in marketing from Susquehanna University.
