Brian Buckley is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Diego office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Brian was a summer associate at the firm. He also served as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Brian earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as an associate member of the San Diego Law Review. Brian received his B.A. in business management economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he was a member of the NCAA Swim and Dive team.
