Brian Doll, Jr. is an associate in the Government Contracts practice in Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. Brian’s practice involves engaging in bid protests, counseling government contractor clients on regulatory compliance, and litigating claims and disputes. He also assists clients with government investigations, corporate structuring to qualify for government programs, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to MoFo, Brian worked as a Government Contracts associate at a top 100 law firm, and he leverages his experience serving as a law clerk on the United States Senate Committee on Finance (Oversight and Investigations Unit), the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary (Oversight and Investigations Unit), and the United States Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs to help his clients thoroughly understand government contract matters from all perspectives.

Brian earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and was recipient of the Dean’s Highest Law School Recognition for Pro Bono Work and the President’s Volunteer Service Award. He was also a member of the Public Contract Law Journal. Prior to law school, Brian graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in political science, with a legal studies emphasis. He is also proficient in Japanese.
