Brittany Fox is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group and represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and other business entities in connection with lending transactions including asset-based lending, warehouse facilities, and acquisition finance.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Brittany was an associate at another prominent law firm, where she worked on asset-based lending, warehouse lending, debt financing, and other financing matters.

Brittany obtained her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served as an articles editor for the SMU Law Review. She received her MAc and B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas Christian University.
