Brittany Scheinok is a partner in the Litigation Department of the firm’s San Diego office.
Brittany defends consumer technology companies in complex class action and commercial litigation. Her practice focuses on unfair competition, false advertising, and product liability matters. Brittany frequently drafts pleadings and substantive motions, handles fact and expert discovery, and counsels clients on litigation strategy. Her broad litigation experience includes securing dismissal of claims on the pleadings and obtaining favorable settlements on behalf of her clients. Brittany is committed to diversity in the legal profession. She serves as the chair of Morrison Foerster’s San Diego Women’s Affinity Group and mentors female attorneys and law students.
In 2015, Brittany received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, she was the articles research editor for the San Diego Law Review and vice president of the Women’s Law Caucus. Brittany also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marilyn L. Huff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. She received her B.S. magna cum laude in chemistry from San Diego State University in 2012.
