Bruce Lee is an associate in the Complex Litigation + Advisement practice. Bruce focuses his practice on product liability and complex litigation matters for leading manufacturers, retailers, and distributors in state and federal courts across the country. He has experience defending and advising clients throughout each stage of litigation, including dispositive motion practice and appeals.
His previous experience focused on intellectual property and antitrust litigation, where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He has worked on matters ranging from high-stakes patent litigation before the International Trade Commission to antitrust and copyright litigation in federal courts.
Bruce previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. Ronald M. Gould of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also served as a prosecutor for the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where he negotiated plea agreements, argued at evidentiary hearings, and tried cases to verdict.
