Caitlin Gaine is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Boston office and a member of the firm’s Finance Group.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Caitlin was a summer associate at the firm and also held several legal intern positions with law firms and nonprofit organizations.

Caitlin earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member of the Boston University Law Review. She received her B.A. cum laude in international studies with a minor in English from Rhodes College, where she served as editor of Modus Vivendi, the student journal of international studies.
