Candice Wang is an associate in the New York office and is a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice group.

Candice represents startup companies throughout all stages of their lifecycle and delivers strategic and practical counsel on a wide range of corporate matters. Her practice spans pre-incorporation planning, venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, secondary transactions, and other complex strategic transactions. She supports companies across a range of sectors, including technology, artificial intelligence, life sciences, and financial services.

While in law school, Candice served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review and as the International Student Representative for the Student Bar Association at Emory Law.

Candice is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York.
