Carina is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
Carina’s practice focuses on general litigation and national security matters.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Carina served as a law clerk to the Honorable James R. Sweeney II in the Southern District of Indiana. Carina also interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.
Carina earned her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she served as the managing editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation. She received her B.A. magna cum laude in political science and business economics from the University of California, Irvine, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
