Carlisle Olsen is an associate in the Transactions Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Diego office.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Carlisle served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Daniel E. Butcher at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, where she provided legal research and writing regarding issues before the court. She participated in Morrison Foerster’s summer associate program supporting the Transactions Practice Group.
Carlisle received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, she also served as the president of the Business Law Society and was a senior member of the San Diego Law Review. She received her B.A. in journalism, with a minor in media production, from the University of Colorado.
