Carolyn Homer is an Of Counsel based in Morrison Foerster’s Washington, DC office. She is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice.

Carolyn handles complex litigation related to copyright, trademark, U.S. First Amendment, and internet law, particularly within the realms of artificial intelligence, social media, and technology. Carolyn is known for prioritizing the business and strategic objectives of her clients in litigation. Notable achievements include leading pre-trial preparations and discovery in high-stakes copyright litigation, and securing preliminary injunctions (for plaintiffs) and dismissals (for defendants) in several First Amendment matters.

Prior to MoFo, Carolyn worked at two major international law firms where she was involved in a wide array of intellectual property and First Amendment matters across U.S. federal district and appellate courts.
