Casey Lincoln is an Associate in Morrison Foerster’s Appellate and Supreme Court Practice. Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Casey clerked for the Hon. Lucy H. Koh at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, after previously clerking for the Hon. Richard G. Taranto at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Casey also gained valuable experience as a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster and as a clinic student at Stanford’s Juelsgaard Intellectual Property and Innovation Clinic, where she contributed to patent policy advocacy. She also interned at the California Office of the Attorney General, working on antitrust, healthcare rights, and reproductive health issues.

Cassandra earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she graduated with high pro bono distinction and honors in key IP and civil procedure courses. She also holds an M.P.H. in Health Care Management from Yale School of Public Health and a B.A. in Economics and History of Science, Medicine & Public Health from Yale University, graduating magna cum laude.
