Catharina McWilliams is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
Catharina focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including breach of contract disputes and consumer privacy class actions.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Catharina was a mediator at the University of Southern California Gould: Advanced Mediation Clinic and mediated federal employment law cases for various U.S. federal agencies.
Catharina earned her J.D. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law and was a part of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. She earned her B.S. cum laude from Tulane University, School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and is a Premier Scholar Award Recipient
