Catherine Didier is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Department.
Catherine previously served as a summer associate at Morrison Foerster and has additional experience in strategic operations and analytics from working at a global technology company.
Catherine earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she was a W.A. Franke Global Business Law Fellow and co-president of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. She earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), where she served as co-president of the GSB Latter-day Saint Student Association and co-chair of the GSB Parents Committee. She received her B.S. in management science & engineering, with distinction, from Stanford University.
