Chané Buck is an associate in the Business Restructuring + Insolvency Group in the New York office of Morrison Foerster.
Chané's practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation, representing debtors, creditors, and committees in in-court and out-of-court restructurings, and other bankruptcy-related matters.
Chané has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including pretrial discovery, deposition preparation, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and appeals. Her recent work includes representing clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, health care, automotive, and banking. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Chané was an associate in the New York office of another global law firm.
Chané earned her J.D. at University of California, Davis School of Law and her B.A. from University of California, San Diego.
