Chiamaka Okoye is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
Chiamaka earned her J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where she received the Vanessa P. Bailey Endowment for Excellence and the Dean’s Scholarship Excellence Fund awards. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic where she represented clients in affirmative asylum administrative hearings.
Prior to joining the firm, Chiamaka participated in the Morrison Foerster Summer Associate and the SEO Law Fellow programs.
She holds a B.S. in Biology with double minors in Chemistry & Political Science from Prairie View A&M University, where she was a recipient of the Regents Merit Scholarship and graduated summa cum laude.
