Chisa Sagara is of counsel at Morrison Foerster Law Offices. She represents clients on a range of corporate matters including real estate, M&A, labor, and litigation.

Chisa received her B.A. degree in Social Science from Hitotsubashi University Faculty of Social Science in 1991. Prior to graduating from the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in October 2006, Chisa was employed in the financial services industry by The Daiichi Kangyo Bank (currently Mizuho Financial Group), Dun & Bradstreet Japan, Ltd., and CCMC, Ltd. (Corporate Capital Management Consulting). Chisa is a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association.
