Christina Dierolf is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Securities Litigation Group.
Christina represents corporations and their officers and directors in securities class actions, derivative suits, and other complex commercial litigation. Her experience includes defending claims arising under the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and state common law, including breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
Christina also represents public and private companies in government-facing investigations involving disclosure issues and fraud allegations. She has represented clients across a range of industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, and consumer products.
Before joining the firm, Christina was a summer associate at Morrison Foerster. During law school, she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a recipient of the Class of 2020 Academic Excellence Award. Christina also served as a certified law student in the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic and as an executive editor of the UC Davis Law Review. She also worked as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California.
