Claire Wilke is an associate in firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, based in the Austin office.
Claire’s practice focuses on patent litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Claire worked with a post-conviction initiative nonprofit focused on identifying cases that may benefit from retesting or reanalyzing DNA evidence. There, she analyzed trial transcripts, offense reports, and forensic analysis data, and researched the ways scientific evidence was used at the time of clients’ initial trials.
Claire earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.S.A. in biochemistry from the University of Texas, Austin.
