Clinton Ewell is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office.
Clinton’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patent and trade secret cases.
He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as president of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Clinton externed and clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Before law school, Clinton earned his B.S. and M.S. summa cum laude in robotics engineering from Arizona State University. As a member of one of the University’s preeminent research labs, he developed automated vehicles, space exploration devices, and embedded systems.
Clinton is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
