Colleen is an attorney in Morrison Foerster’s Complex Litigation + Advisement practice. Her work is focused on product liability and injury claims. She has experience defending manufacturers in high-stakes litigation, including personal injury and property damage claims, and global product compliance matters.

Prior to joining MoFo, Colleen worked at a multinational equipment manufacturer leading its product litigation and regulatory compliance team. In this role, she collaborated across teams to develop practical product safety and compliance strategies. This role included working with industry associations on the development of product regulatory requirements and product safety standards. Colleen also led compliance efforts and investigations related to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. For product injury claims, she and her team focused on early resolution of matters through an innovative, award-winning early mediation program.
