Courtney Henf is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Transactions group.

Prior to joining MoFo, Courtney was a Summer Associate in the San Francisco office. She also was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Andrew E. Krause, U.S.M.J., U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Courtney earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. While there, she served as an Articles Editor of the Pace International Law Review and a member of the Federal Judicial Honors Program. She received her B.S. in microbiology from the University of Florida.
