Dane Jones Hodges is an associate based in the firm's San Francisco office and a member of the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group.

Dane represents and advises a wide variety of food and beverage, other consumer products, and technology clients, specializing in companies and investors focused on sustainability in those sectors. For those clients, Dane advises on general corporate, commercial, fundraising, and M&A matters throughout all stages of their lifecycle.

Dane received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, and her B.A. from Brown University.
