Daniel has experience handling disputes from inception through trial and resolution, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, leading mediations and arbitrations, and coordinating trial preparation. He regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, risk management, and exposure containment in both state and federal courts.

In addition to his litigation practice, Daniel has experience conducting and advising on internal and government investigations involving regulatory and enforcement issues. Prior to law school, he led a nonprofit organization focused on international family reunification efforts and worked with federal policymakers.
