Darren is an associate in the firm’s Business Restructuring + Insolvency Group.

Darren has experience representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest in complex corporate restructurings and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Darren served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John K. Sherwood of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of New Jersey. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.A.D., of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Darren earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He also holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in political science and criminal justice from Seton Hall University.

(Bankr. D.N.J.) Counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors of Thrasio Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated debtors in their chapter 11 cases. Thrasio is an acquisition entrepreneurship company that focuses on acquiring and scaling businesses within the Amazon third-party seller ecosystem.
