Deanna Segall is a public policy advisor in the Congressional Investigations practice of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Deanna served as the Deputy Director for National Security Agency Personnel at the White House, where she worked on presidential appointments to foreign policy and national security agencies. Previously, Deanna served in the Office of Senator Dianne Feinstein in multiple roles covering issues related to health care, civil rights, judicial nominations, and the federal funding process.
Deanna completed a Fulbright Fellowship in Poland. She received her M.A. in strategic studies and defense from the Naval War College. She received a B.A. from Williams College, where she majored in anthropology with a concentration in leadership studies.
