Dianne Ryoo is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.
Dianne represents clients in commercial and complex litigation matters. She has represented clients in federal and state litigation and arbitration involving M&A and securities disputes, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, antitrust, and employment matters. She has also handled internal and regulatory investigations and advised clients on AI governance and regulatory compliance. Dianne previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as an intern with the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii.
During law school, Dianne served as a publishing editor of the Cornell Law Review and participated in the Gender Justice Clinic and Criminal Defense Trial Practicum.
