Dominick is an associate in the Real Estate Group in Morrison Foerster’s Los Angeles office, where he represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including financing, acquisition, development, leasing, operations, and management matters. His pro bono practice includes volunteering for a FEMA Appeals Clinic to help disaster survivors seek assistance for home and property repairs.
Dominick previously worked as a summer associate and Wetmore Fellow at Morrison Foerster.
Dominick received his J.D. from UCLA, where he was a Buddy Epstein and Christine Kim Tax Scholar. While in law school, he participated in UCLA’s Affordable Housing Clinic. Dominick received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award for his performance in Legal Research and Writing. He received his B.B.A. summa cum laude in marketing, with a minor in Chinese, from Loyola Marymount University.
