Doug Krohn is an of counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He has over 40 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate (including purchases, sales, sale leasebacks, development, leasing, and finance and entity formation), commercial credit (including establishment and restructure of secured and unsecured revolving and term facilities), general corporate and commercial activities. He also has extensive experience advising corporate clients in their real estate and facilities transactions.
Mr. Krohn has provided substantial pro bono representation and legal services to the Silicon Valley Habitat for Humanity, Peninsula Open Space Trust, Lenders for Community Development, and Low Income Housing Fund.
Mr. Krohn also performed post-doctoral work in International Law and Economics at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland, where he was a Graduate Fellow of the Rotary Foundation.
