Eddy Zheng is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison Foerster and a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster’s Technology Transactions Group, Eddy was a summer associate in the San Francisco office during his 2L summer. During his 1L summer, Eddy worked as a Legal Intern for The Justice Collaborative, where he researched optimal federal, state, and local policy responses to eviction, unemployment, and no-knock warrants.

Eddy earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as the Article Line Editor and Digest Content Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT). He was the Co-President and Delegation & Social Co-Chair of the Harvard Asia Law Society. He also served as the Director of Membership Engagement for first generation college students at Harvard.

He received his B.S., cum laude, in Biology from Brandeis University, where he received the Commitment to Service Gold Medal for his volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, Boston’s Children’s Hospital, and the Education for Students by Students club. Prior to law school, Eddy worked as an Associate Medical Research Scientist at WorldCare Clinical in Boston where he worked on clinical trials with radiologists at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
