Edgar Wang is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Tax Group.
Edgar advises clients on a broad range of transactional, structuring, and advisory tax matters, including tax issues related to joint ventures, investment fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and financings.
Edgar earned his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law and his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. He also holds an M.A. in regional studies from Columbia University and a B.A. in history from Boston College.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Edgar was an associate at another multinational law firm in New York.
