Eli Ringel is an associate in the Capital Markets practice of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.

Eli represents issuers and underwriters in a range of capital markets transactions, including public and private securities offerings and other corporate finance matters.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Eli participated in Morrison Foerster’s summer associate program, where he worked on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings, and supported due diligence and regulatory compliance efforts for complex capital markets deals. He also served as a judicial intern in the Western District of North Carolina and with the North Carolina Supreme Court, where he assisted with legal research and analysis on a variety of issues.

Eli earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and received his B.S. in political science from Florida State University.

Prior to law school, he served for six years in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of sergeant in an infantry battalion.
