Ellen is an associate in the Singapore office. Her practice focuses on private funds and secondaries.

Ellen advises fund sponsors, investors, and asset managers on the formation, fundraising, operation, and secondary transactions of private investment funds, including flagship funds, co-investment vehicles, and single-investor funds, as well as related regulatory and governance matters.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Ellen practiced with another leading international law firm in New York.
