Emani Oakley is an associate in the Litigation department, based in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Emani received a B.A. cum laude in political science and communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Emani earned a J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, where she served as a comments editor for the UCLA Law Review, managing editor for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, legal writing advisor for the UCLA Legal Research and Writing department, and mentor for the UCLA Law Fellows program. During law school, Emani was a summer clerk for the Children’s Rights Project at Public Counsel.
