Emily Stark is an associate in the Finance Group of Morrison Foerster’s Boston office advising on commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Emily served as a judicial extern for the Massachusetts Land Court and a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Judge Jon D. Levy of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine. Emily also worked as a summer associate at Morrison Foerster during law school, working on corporate and financial transaction matters.

Emily earned her B.A. from Yale University and obtained her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the Boston College Law Review.
