Emily Wood is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s New York office.

Emily’s practice focuses on complex litigation in state and federal court.

Emily earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School. During law school, she was a senior editor of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties and sat on the board of the Women of Stanford Law.  

After law school, Emily served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roopali H. Desai of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Emily received her B.A. in political science with high distinction from the University of California, Berkeley.
