Ercem Cardak assists clients with national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as private equity and venture capital investments and public takeovers.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Ercem completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, including a stage at the Corporate/M&A department of a leading U.S. law firm in Frankfurt am Main and worked as an associate attorney at another U.S. law firm in Berlin where he advised clients on cross-border M&A transactions.

Ercem is a corporate senior associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin.
