Ethan is an attorney in Morrison Foerster’s Complex Litigation + Advisement group, where he focuses on product liability matters.

Before entering private practice, Ethan clerked for now-Chief Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Ethan received his J.D., with highest honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an articles editor for the Texas Law Review and as a teaching assistant in the school’s first-year writing program. He received his B.A., with highest honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.
