Ethan Silverman is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison Foerster and is a member of the firm’s Social Enterprise + Impact Investing team.

Ethan’s work builds on prior experience representing private equity and corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions and fund formations and advising on risks and opportunities related to ESG matters. Previously, he worked as a product manager at a healthcare technology company and founded a social enterprise focused on financial services.
