Evan advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on cross-border financing matters. Her experience spans acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, margin finance, and fund finance across jurisdictions such as the PRC, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, India, and Australia.

Evan is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Evan practiced at another leading U.S. law firm, where she advised on various corporate finance transactions.

Evan is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
