Evan West is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group in the Denver office.

Evan’s practice focuses on advising traditional and alternative lenders and agents on structuring, negotiating, and documenting a diverse variety of credit arrangements in a wide range of industries and fields. Evan’s experience includes domestic and cross-border transactions; secured and unsecured, syndicated acquisition (including sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts), asset-based, cash-flow based, and warehouse financings; and transactions involving multiple tranches of debt.

In addition to representing lenders and agents, Evan also works with borrowers, including portfolio companies of private equity firms, in connection with their acquisitions, working capital, and other credit facilities.
