Evelyn Pang counsels and defends clients in complex commercial litigation across state and federal courts. Evelyn regularly handles claims involving breach of contract, real estate, and trade secret misappropriation. Evelyn’s practice also encompasses advising and representing clients in copyright, trademark, and false advertising disputes under state and federal law. In addition, Evelyn represents clients in internal and government investigations, including the DOJ and SEC, where she helps navigate regulatory scrutiny and develop strategic responses aligned with business objectives.

Evelyn is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit advisement to appeal, including coordinating complex discovery, drafting dispositive motions and appeals, and preparing witnesses for depositions, arbitration hearings, and government testimony. Drawing on her in-house secondment experiences at major real estate and e-commerce corporations, she brings practical, business-oriented insight to litigation strategy and pre-litigation counseling.

Evelyn maintains an active pro bono practice, where she has litigated due process claims in federal jury trials, pursued FTCA recovery, counseled clients in obtaining immigration status, and drafted amicus briefs filed in the Supreme Court.
