Finity Jernigan is a partner in the firm’s Emerging Company + Venture Capital Practice Group in Denver.

Finity is a go-to advisor for emerging growth companies and venture capital and private equity funds and other investors, with a focus on the consumer products, AgTech, and FoodTech industries. She has extensive sector experience in food, beverage, and personal care products, including skincare, cosmetics, and other natural products.

Finity works closely with funds, brands, and entrepreneurs at all stages of growth, from startup and capital-raising through ultimate exit. She helps companies at crucial stages of growth access liquidity from venture capital and private equity funding, and advises funds and strategics on investments in, and acquisitions of, companies in the consumer products and adjacent spaces.

Finity partners with clients to achieve their visions of success, whether it be expanding into new product lines or markets, positioning a business for sale, or pursuing buy-side or sell-side opportunities for merger or acquisition.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Finity was a partner at another national law firm in its venture capital practice, and she has also served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Colorado.
