Florencio Maldonado is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.

Florencio earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, receiving the Berkeley Law Opportunity Scholarship. During his time in law school, Florencio served as a research fellow for the California Constitution Center, as an extern in Alameda County’s District Attorney’s Office, and as student advocate in the East Bay Community Law Center. In addition, Florencio also served as an associate editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and the Latine Journal of Law and Policy.

Prior to law school, Florencio was a policy staffer in the California State Legislature and a legislative intern in the Office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein.

Florencio earned his B.A. with high honors from University of California, Merced. Florencio is fluent in Spanish.
