Florian has more than 15 years of experience in real estate law. He regularly advises on real estate transactions in Germany (in both share deals and asset deals), large-volume commercial leases, project developments as well as cross-border and multijurisdictional transactions. Florian guides clients through all stages of the real estate investment cycle, including acquisitions and investments, lease and sublease negotiations, joint ventures, development and construction, operational agreements, dispositions, and exits. His experience includes office buildings, residential properties, retail properties, hotels, warehouses, logistic properties, industrial facilities, nursing homes, and student apartments.

Florian heads our Real Estate group in Germany and is a member of our Global Real Estate group. Florian is a partner at Morrison Foerster's German office in Berlin.
